Before using Mega Search you should add a "Mega Search"
Goto "Mega Search" -> Add New Mega Search :

Mega Search Custom Fields

• Search Type Settings :
  • Display Mode : There are 4 types of search layout.(General Mode, Full screen, Popup and Sticky(Left/Right/Top) )

    There are some options for each type of layouts :

    • Full Screen : You can set Background Color and Button options such as : Button tooltip, color, icon, height and ....
    • Popup : You can set Background Color, Overlay Color, Popup Border radius, Animation and Button options such as : Button tooltip, color, icon, height and ....
    • Sticky : You can set Position, Margin top, Background Color and Button options such as : Button tooltip, color, icon, height and ....
• Search Box Settings : You can customize your Search Textbox. You'll have unlimited Textbox layout with different Font, Background Color, Width, Height, Border, Border Radius and icon. You can set custom Placeholder text for it too.
• Result Box Settings : We provided many options for Result Box. You can Set Width, Height, Padding, Border, Radius, Box Shadow and custom background for it.
  

  Note : In popup and fullscreen layout, width and height will be set automatically.

• Result Box Sections Settings : Now, You can see an amazing and unique option for this plugin.
  Section Settings : You can split the result box up to 4 sections, in each section you can define what you want to diplay, as we told there are 2 types of data :
  1- search result from any post or custom post, woocommerce products, BBpress and ...
  2- Manual Data such as any textes, images, shortcodes and ...
  
  
  • Sections & Layout : There are more than 15+ layouts for result box. You can change them just with one click!
  • Use as Default Value : There are 2 types of actions when you focus on search textbox.
    1- The result box appear when textbox focused (Please check this field for this type)
    2- The result box appear when textbox focused and type some text (You can set number of characters in Search Setting)
  • Data Source : You can set custom content for each seaction.
    • Data Source Type : You can set Manual Data or Dynamic data for each section.
      • Manual Data : You can add manual content such as : Image, Text, Video and shortcode and ....
      • Stored Data : Choose post/Custom post type

    Example 1 : You can choose "Product" for "Post Type" fields. In this case when you search a text, this text will be search in all of product and appear matched product.

    
    

    Example 2 : You can choose "Product" for "Post Type" fields and choose "Custom Query" for "Build Query Type" field and build your query for fetch data. In this case when you search a text, this text will be search in all of product which fetched with your query (Query Result) and appear matched product.

  • Title Settings : You can add a spesific title for each section. There are some options for it such as : Background color, Text color, Icon and ...
  • Background Settings : You can customize background of each section and set a color or image for it.
  • Display Settings : Display items of each seaction in 4 layours :
    1- Grid View (Boxed/Outer Description)
    2- List View
    3- Grid in Carousel mode
    4- List in Carousel mode
    

    You can set number of items for each section too, Leave blank to use from Post Number(s) from Data Source.

  • Item Settings : You can customize your items of each section here.
    1- Items Fields Option : You can Show/Hide fields of items. Show/hide title, Thumbnail, meta tag.

    Custom fields of Product : Sale Banner, Featured Banner, Price and 'Add to Cart' Button

    
    

    2- Custom fields of Post/Other Custom Posts: Author, Date and Comment.

    
    2- Item Layout : Set custom color and font for Items, Thumbnail, Title, Meta tags, Excerpt and Background overlay.
  • Other Settings : If you searched and number of result is more than "Item Number" that you set in "Display Settings", you can show "Show More" button for each section and show all result on this page. (You should choose "Show More Page" for it, Leave blank to use from general setting)

    Note : The "Show More" page layout inherit from item setting layout.

Mega Search Settings

Goto "Mega Search" -> Search Settings

• General Settings : Choose Showmore Page, You can choose default Showmore page (Mega Search Show More Page) or add a new page and insert [pw-ajax-live-search-page] to content.
• Search Options :
  • Minimum Settings : Set Minimum Character To Start Search (Default = 3)
  • Search Target Field : you can specify search in Title, Content, Excerpt and Custom fields. (Default = title)
    

    Note If you want to search in custom fields you should add them in related field.

  • Manual Result : Set your manual data. This will be displayed when there is no result for search.
  • Autocomplete Options :
    • Autocomplete Source : Your suggestion words can be fetch from Post/Custom post title or Statistics.
    • Post Type(s) : Add your Post/Custom post for autocomplete source.
• Localization : You can set your translation for some "Buttons, Labels or texts"

Mega Search Statistics

Sometime you need to get feedback from your search. Exp : Which one of text searched more ! Mega Search save "Keywords" that has been searched and display them as Grid/pie Chart/Bar Chart/ Line Chart.

How To Use : You can use from Mega Search shortcode and put it every where and Enjoy it.
There is a button for add Mega Search in TinyMc Editor too.(Mega Search Shortcode)
