A) Install - top
Installing Online Hotel Booking System Pro Plugin is as simple as installing any other WordPress Plugin:
1. Upload the ‘bsi-hotel-pro’ folder to your WordPress plugin directory ( /wp-content/plugins/ )
2. Activate the plugin via your WordPress admin panel
3. New menu are created in WordPress admin where you can configure and create your hotel inventory!
OR
1. In your WordPress Administration go to: Plugins > Add New > Upload and upload the bsi-hotel-pro.zip folder of the plugin.
2. Active the plugin.

Online Hotel Booking System is powerful booking engine for single hotel. Powerful hotel reservation system with real time availability and room booking functionality. You can easily integrate with your website or new template. You can manage room, room types, capacity, hotel rates with different date range and month wise advance payment feature. Online reservation manager at the back-end with invoices.

- You can insert unlimited number of room based on room-type and capacity.
- You can insert unlimited room-type with facilities and unlimited image based on room type, capacity.
- Insert price with day wise (e.g. mon , tue, wed ...) and also you can insert unlimited seasonal price of a room-type by date range.
- Define unlimited special offer by date range based on room type and minimum night(optional).
- Here you can define percent(%) in each month where advance payment calculate define percent(%) of total price.
- You can View active Booking & booking archive by date range.

C) Settings - top
First Login in your WP Admin Panel. You can see following Option under "Hotel Setting":
- Global setting: Here you can manage Email Notification, Currency setup, Booking engine off and on, hotel time zone. minimum booking night set, date format, room locking time, tax setup.
- Payment Gateway: Here you can enable desable payment getway and edit thier title.
- Email content: here you can edit confirmation and cancellation email content edit.
D) How to add hotel data - top
Hotel Manager
- Hotel Details: Here You can update your hotel details. i.e Hotel Name, Address, Phone, Fax etc.
- Capacity Manager: Here you can enter capacity title and number of occupency. i.e. Single, Double etc.
- RoomType Manager: Here you can insert room type. i.e. Deluxe Room, Standard Room
- Room Manger: Here you can insert number of room based on room type and capacity.
Price Manager
- Price Plan manager: Here you can edit default price plan and also you can add new price plan in specific date range. priceplan you need to enter day wise sun to sat.
- Specail offer: you can define specail offer by deduct price percent with minimum night and roomtype.
- Advance Payment: Here you can set advance payement(%) of total amount need to pay customer at the time of booking. this feature can be enable and desable.
Shortcode :
- Create a page by clicking the add new button under the page menu
- Click on Text tab from the editor pannel and write the following Shortcode [bsi_hotel_pro] (use third bracket also). and click on publish button.
- In front end of wordpress you can see booking engine under your created page with command [bsi_hotel_pro]
