A) Support -

B) Installing -

 

Watch the install video, it shows you everything.

Step 1)
Login to your wordpress blog.

Step 2)
Go to the Plugin > Install > Upload page and upload this zip file "wpetss.zip"

Step 3)
Once it has uploaded, click activate.

Step 4)
Click on the new Ticket menu on the left, and click on Accounts. Fill in your POP3 account details.

Step 5)
Go to the Widget sarea of your wordpress blog. Drag the email support widget to a widget area. Now users can request tickets via your wordpress blog.

C)Thank you Page-

 

Create the page as normal in wordpress. Copy the URL to this page, and paste it into the Ticket Settings area. Users will be redirected here once they have submitted a ticket via your website.

E) Setting up cron job -

 

The cron job is for checking your POP3 account periodically.

To setup your cron job please follow the instructions on the Tickets > Settings page in your wordpress blog.
