1. Preparing - top

This widget requires PHP 5 and an Wordpress installation.

2. Upload process - top

You have to upload the folder "movie-poster-plugin" into your Wordpress plugins folder ([wordpress-installation-path/]wp-content/plugins) IMPORTANT NOTE: Upload the folder, not what's inside the folder, into your wp-content/plugins folder.

3. Installation process - top

Now, after you uploaded everything, you can start the installation process.
  1. Go to your site's Dashboard, then to Plugins > Installed Plugins, and activate Movie Poster Plugin.
  2. Now, a new page will appear in your Dashboard, named Movie Poster
  3. Go to the new page to start using the plugin.

4. Using the plugin - top

On the Movie Poster page from the Dashboard, enter a movie title to search it.
Attention! It's recommended to search for exact titles, or possible issues might appear in future.
On the results page, click on the desired movie's title or poster to preview it.
On the bottom of the preview page, you can select post or page publish formats, as well as the status of the post: draft, published, etc.
After adding the movie, you can edit the post/page and add tags and categories to it.
Be really careful! While editing the post or page, don't switch to the Visual tab in the editor, or otherwise you'll mess up the design. If the editor is already at the Visual Editor tab, switch to the HTML one, trash the post/page and restart the posting process.

5. Faq - top

  1. Q: I want to modify a text or something about the design...
    A: You can change anything visual from the stylesheet (style.css) or HTML templates inside skin folder.
